2020Seven is a construction business established in 2019 by Steve Orr, a recognised and well-established design and build specialist based in Dulwich, South London.
Prior to starting 2020Seven, Steve spent 13 years working locally as a Director at McGovern Design and Build. His new company specialises in house conversions and extensions as well as high-end full home refurbishment projects. Prior to his residential work, Steve worked as a project manager on large scale commercial construction projects across London.

The team at 2020Seven work closely with you from initial design through to completion. Our client focused approach means transparent and timely communication throughout the project with a focus on delivering bespoke building solutions on time and within budget.
All projects are managed by our in-house project managers and our build teams are experienced and established local tradespeople.
